With over 15 years of experience in non-profit leadership, program development, event-planning, fundraising, marketing, and operations, we design scalable solutions rooted in dignity, respect, and the celebration of diversity.

The Future of Bloem

Bloem Collective is exploring a new social enterprise model in Amsterdam designed to create meaningful employment training and opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This emerging vision centers on building a creative, community-rooted platform where people of all abilities come together to contribute their talents, develop new skills and take part in meaningful work.

Together with the community, we hope to spark joy, celebrate individual strengths, and deepen community belonging. .

Behind Bloem

I’m Tammy Sesnon, founder of Bloem Collective - a consulting studio rooted in creativity, collaboration, and inclusion. My journey began with my brother Mikey and years of hands-on caregiving in the disability community, grounding me in deep compassion and commitment. 

For more than 15 years, I’ve supported individuals with developmental disabilities across the lifespan, including helping launch the Alyssa Burnett Adult Life Center at Seattle Children’s and elevating inclusion initiatives at UW’s Haring Center. Originally from the U.S. and now based in Amsterdam, I work with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to bring clarity and strategy to their work. I’m also exploring a social enterprise model that creates meaningful employment pathways for adults with developmental disabilities.

Together, we can grow communities that are more connected, creative, and beautifully inclusive.
